Lost my taste for this beer over the years. The sweet breadiness isn't usually a taste I'm looking for when I see this on the menu.
On tap in NYC. Pleasant and smooth
Crisp but with a solid flavor.
Very robust flavor for a lager.
Flavorful and interesting as lagers go.
This is more drinkable than most Indian imports. Be careful not to drink too much - the glycerine is hangover-inducing!
Yeah this is awful. And I'm drinking it at pitchfork music festival where the only options are this and it's non-light cousin. At 3.3% abv it's basically a question answered by how long the water line is.
I previously ignored this for it's "Summer Wheat" designation. It's actually quite nice and not too sweet.
I'm suffering from the symptom of comparing every "Pale Ale" to Daisy Cutter. It's not fair - some experts (like Peter) would claim Daisy Cutter isn't a real Pale Ale.
Frankly, this "Bitter End" could use more of a bitter end.
Yet I still drink it.
Note: this score is not related to using Sapporo in a Sake bomb.
